I feel silly, because I was watching We Are Marshall for the first time today and I saw Kate Mara, and I couldn't place her the whole movie til her name popped up in the end credits. I couldn't believe I recognized the name of an actrees who was only in two eps of Everwood! And I have Brokeback waiting for me on my bed, so I'll see her there too when I get to watching it.

I loved when I saw American Pie 2 and spotted both Mike Erwin and Nora Zehetner in it. And I have been trying to get my hands on Strangers With Candy for MONTHS.

Hehe. Yeah, it's scary how much I remember from even small characters on this show. Kate Mara, I always always associate her with Everwood even though she was barely in it (although in one huge episode). What was she like in Brokeback Mountain? As I said in another thread, I'm still surprised that out of anyone on Everwood, she seems to have found them most mainstream success lately. Not complaining, because she's good, but I'd still like to see some of the regulars get some huge mainstream success too. Emily is doing pretty well, but MORE MORE!!!

She just had like, 5 minutes. She was the oldest they showed Heath's charrie's oldest daughter. He picked her up and she asked about living with him instead of her mom, and she didn't approve of daddy's new girlfriend much.

Paul Wesley (Paul Wasilewski when he was season two's Tommy Callahan) has a new credit under his name on imdb.com. "Killer Movie" is in production and he stars along side Leighton Meester (from Gossip Girl), JC Chasez (Nsync, anyone?), and Torrey DeVitto (currently the most hated nanny on television on OTH). The basic summery is: A reality television shoot that goes terrifyingly awry when its crew becomes stranded in a remote Northern town. A killer is on the loose, stalking cast and crew one by one.

So yeah, just thought I'd share that.

Thanks for posting that.

I was never fond of his character on Everwood, and it doesn't sound like my kind of movie, but he did a good job with the character, so, good to see him get something like that.

I liked Tommy, but I was never an Amy fan, so I had no interest in his charrie and Amy. But he was cute. I don't think I'll rush out to watch it, but well... whatever.

I'm waiting for Mike to get a big part, really. And Chris *clings to those boys*

It's been too long for Mike and he's got too much talent to be wasted like this. I really miss him on my screen. Just incredible talent.

And Chris, yes!! I know he's in a couple small movies and all that, but I'd really really like to see him back on tv. Comedy, drama, whatever. We know he can do both VERY well. It's just too bad the strike had to limit the amount of pilots out there this year, because it makes it less likely to see Everwoodians on tv that aren't already on tv.

Other than Everwood, the only thing I've seen Chris in is his guest spot on The OC. I'm dying to see Strangers with Candy though. The show was horrible, but I will sit through the movie for Chris.

(I'll write something here later. Promise.)
See, told ya!
If you're a huge Gregory Smith fan, then you're gonna be psyched for the coming week. Even if you're his biggest fan, most likely you haven't seen ALL of his work, but you want to. I really feel for you then if you don't subscribe to cable because, really, it's essential to expand your horizons and besides that, you miss out on a phenomenal amount of exceptional television. So, if you've been waiting to see Nearing Grace but haven't gotten around to buying the DVD yet, which came out in October, and you subscribe to Showtime then it's time to do a happy dance!! You'll have six chances to see it between Wed., April 2, and Sat., April 5.
W. 4/2. . . . . . 1:25 PM ET . . . . SHOWOM
W. 4/2. . . . . . 4:25 PM ET. . . . .SHOWOMw
W. 4/2. . . . . 10:35 PM ET. . . . .SHOWOM
Th. 4/3. . . . . .1:35 AM ET. . . . .SHOWOMw
Sat. 4/5. . . . . 7:10 PM ET. . . . .SHOWOM
Sat. 4/5. . . . 10:10 PM ET. . . . .SHOWOMw

Consider yourself happily and utterly informed.
But, wait! There's more! This is so awesome. Greg's episode of "The Outer Limits" will air Monday, March 31!! This is from the vault, you know. Circa 1995. Lucky episode number 1.11. Oooh, 'Dark Matters' it is called. Oooh. 2:00 AM ET, ok? It's not my genre but I'll stomach it. I've watched the show a few times so it'll be alright. Oh, on SCIFI, duh. I tried to watch Star Trek: Insurrection early this morning to see Stephanie Niznik perform, but ten minutes in I couldn't take the absurdity anymore.
Check out this week's schedule. There's a couple Gregory AND Douglas Smith things that have/will air(ed).
Have a great day, you guys!

I found your thread!!

I'm going to have to subscribe to more cable stations- I only have basic.
I guess for the time being, it would be cheaper for me to buy the video of Nearing Grace than to subscribe to Showtime.

Alex posted some video snippets of Nearing Grace on the Greg/Ephram appreciation thread. It looks like a movie that I would enjoy.
But then, Greg only has to stand there and I would enjoy.

Oh, I see. Yeah, we have basic, plus Starz and Showtime which totally kicks the a$$ out of HBO right now, which we had before we switched carriers. We haven't ever had CINEMAX but pretty much what airs on there airs on either Showtime or Starz, I think. Besides Showtime showing really great original series, it airs Nearing Grace and other films no other channel does. I don't think you'll ever see Nearing Grace on HBO.

You get SCIFI, so you're gonna watch Greg in "The Outer Limits" then? Or is that not good for ya, as you prefer "Everwood" and post-"Everwood" Greg?

Yes. Nearing Grace is not an expensive buy. Twenty-four bucks on Amazon. Although. . . You'll have to check with your carrier's plan, but adding Showtime couldn't cost more than $12/month. It can get pretty steep if you subscribe to several premium channels (which is unnecessary anyway, imo). I'm glad we have Showtime now and I feel we're not missing anything by not having HBO. The choice is your own though if you do decide to subscribe to more.

No way! I didn't know that. Hee. I noticed someone uploaded the entire thing to YouTube a few months ago, but later it was taken off. I didn't watch it on there. I want to see it on a TV.

Yeah, I've been aching to see it. FINALLY, I will. Yep, surely, everwoodfan.

Yes, detritus, I totally enjoyed your sight and the thread you started (not post!)

I don't know how you do it- so much information. I'm sure everyone appreciates all of that hard work.

As far as watching Greg is concerned- I will watch him in the womb, coming out of the birth canal, as a toddler, and any other which way that I can! It doesn't have to be Everwood or post Everwood!

IMDb. (Although, secondary channels do not turn up on the TV scheds. on IMDb. I have to seek those out myself via the searchable database within our set top box(that's what they call it).)
And I'm twisted. Thank you.
(It was rhetoric, so what.)
