I loved the scenes between Amy and her father; I always loved those scenes. EVC and Tom work off each other really well. It's easy to see that he cares so much about his daughter, and doesn't want to see her stressed out. I felt like at the end of the episode, their relationship came full circle: Amy realized that she cares for Ephram in the same capacity that her father cares for her, and both she and her father have tried to protect their loved ones from harm.

Amy performance, dealing with the whole madison pregnancy secret has been so great. Though i still hate how ephrum treated her.

OMG, it's so crystal clear how close Tom and Emily are off the screen. It literally pours onto the screen at full force. They have sooooo much chemistry together. I even notice that they ad lib some lines.. I'm not certain about it but there are times where their interaction is way too natural for it to be solely in the script. I remember the scene this season whenever they are decorating the Christmas tree, and Harold sort of grabs Amy and they start dancing. That scene screamed to me as being ALL Tom/Emily.

Yep. I'm the Alan in the title. I have to admit though, at the moment I'm loving me some Kristen Bell. Of course she has an unfair advantage since I met her and most of the VM cast on Saturday. Woo hoo. I realize that was off topic, but I can't stop posting about it. I'm such a fanboy...

Okay, quick OT.. but I had to let all the Everwoodies know..... Mark Piznarkski directed both the VM and Everwood pilots. Guess that explains why so many Everwoodies like VM.
