Regarding out AC situation... a guy came out yesterday to see if anything could be saved and if it was an air flow issue (last opinion) and no dice. He looked at everything. Guy is coming out tomorrow for pricing and appointment for new unit. It's looking to be about 5 thousand for everything. |

It was even more than we estimated. Plus, we had to pay the guy yesterday just to confirm it was shot. What a mess. Literally like purchasing a used car. I told my dad at least with this purchase we should be good to go for 20 plus years whereas a used car can collapse the day after purchase.  |

I just watched an episode of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson where Robin Williams was the guest, and he had Johnny and the audience (and me) roaring with laughter with his insanely funny humor. His comedy was so hilariously off the wall and spontaneous, and he was just a joy to watch. He truly was a comic genius and it's such a shame that someone who gave so much laughter to the world fought demons that no one knew about and ended his own life. May God Bless him and may he Rest In Peace.
