I know. It must be so hard for children to be without their mother or father or sibling for months or years at a time, but the reunions are always so joyous.

They really are.

The anxious days apart and not knowing if your loved one is safe either. It's being apart and scared of getting that call or doorbell ringing with bad news.

So hard.

These men and women who serve are something else. They do not get nearly enough credit for the sacrifices they make.

That's so true. No knowing when or if your loved one will be home must be agonizing.

Absolutely. One thing I like about Nancy Sinatra is that she ends every show that she does on Sirius XM (which I listen to every week) with the words "Please pray for our troops in harms way and their families that wait for them."

I'm not sure yet. I haven't looked at the document that my idiot boss wants me to edit. Hopefully it won't take too long.

His voice is effortless. He’s barely even putting effort into it because his voice naturally sounds so beautiful. His voice sounds like a musical instrument.
