I'm cleaning (preparing for the move slowly but surely) while getting some work done (professional work), and playing with Buddy. I also walked outside two miles this morning before grabbing breakfast which felt great. Temperature is 31 F which is sweatshirt and sweatpants weather. Loved getting some exercise outside.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! ☘️ ☘️ ☘️
I was really busy yesterday doing Spring Cleaning because it was such a beautiful day, and today we're going to the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Houston, where I'll be wearing my Shamrock Shirt, Shamrock Hat, and Shamrock Sneakers! __________________

We were sitting in town tonight and we were entertained by Bag Pipers. They put on a nice show. |

This morning I woke up with that horrible temple pain I get on the left side. I've been getting this type of headache on average about once a month for decades. I went down to Mayo several hours ago for spine related issues and Mayo thinks it's a form of migraine... my third form since I already have Classic Migraine and Migraine with Aura.
Anyway, this feels like someone is taking some sort of sharp object and poking at my left temple. It's horrible. I've had major surgeries (next to brain and heart surgery, hysterectomy is major and serious) and never complained of pain but there is something about this temple migraine headache that makes me want to bang my head against the wall. Nothing helps either, Advil, Tylenol, Ice, Heat, eating. Some of that combination can make it more comfortable until it goes away but when it decides to stop, it will stop randomly on its own. Sometimes it takes an hour and sometimes 24 hours. Thankfully it usually goes between 3-6 hours. This time around it took 4 hours. You can tell it wants to come back but I think it's gone, only to return in another month or so. I've had MRIs, CAT Scans, and there's nothing major going on even if it feels like it. I have a horrible neck and asked the Mayo specialist if it was neck-related and he was confident it wasn't based on my precise symptoms. He said it could be TMJ-related but with TMJ you typically get temple pressure, not the stabbing pain I get. TMJ would be the closest as far as "area" that is not migraine but pain type is off and not like TMJ. He said it's migraine. Oh well, I hate it, I know that much. I'm thankful I am able to work from home quite often. With this type of headache I cannot function until it starts to fade. So now I am working and starved because I haven't had a thing to eat today as a result. I am going to eat a little fruit now and wait for dinner tonight. Hope everyone is having a good week so far. |

I had a really vivid dream last night where I was talking to my two favorite Aunts (actually they were my mother's best friend who was married to my father's cousin, and my mother's first cousin, but we called them Aunt Teresa and Aunt Frances because my Aunt Teresa was my Godmother and my Aunt Frances was my sister's Godmother) who've passed away, and then I talked to my best female friend's mother and I told them that I loved them and I missed them, and they said that they loved me. This all took place at a club or party and there were other people there, but I don't know who the other people were. I don't remember many of my dreams but I remembered this one.
