I went walking this morning because it's going to rain here this afternoon (it already started) and it was 82 F, felt like 89 F and we had 79% humidity. Fun times!

Here it is like 66F-70F the whole day with rain. Jerry, Michelle I think that you will like the temperature here.

I won't be going to Cape May..sticking to Delaware. The ferry ride is about 80 minutes.

She won't be staying that long...only until July 11th. I have to compete with her busy life.

Heat Advisory once again today.

I can't take this summer heat and humidity. It's awful. Skin is red and irritated, GI is worse than ever. Been getting heat reactions since I was an infant and years later, same thing.

Yes, I have a humidifier because I need moisture but it's a COOL MIST humidifier. If I had a warm mist humidifier I'd need psychiatric drugs to control the symptoms.

It's so scorching out there now we're under a severe thunderstorm warning. At least it will cool things down but hopefully windows and the house do not go flying.

I always worry about power outages when the weather is this hot. So many people have air conditioners on full blast. The grid can't always take that.

Yes, power outages can frequently happen. We received some hail but the winds weren't terribly bad. Although, apparently another round of severe weather is hitting the area in about an hour. I can't stand this weather.

It stopped raining here so we were able to walk Goldie, but I was exhausted doing it because I went for a long walk this morning, I worked out this afternoon and then I walked again with Teresa and Goldie and I got some swimming in as well. So much for Sunday being a day of rest! I'm heading to bed soon.
