The cemetery is super close...takes about 7 minutes to get there and the ice cream shop is right across the street from the cemetery.

My grapevine is coming back from the deer onslaught. They ate several leaves off the vine, but the leaves are finally growing back. I have to spray a deer repellent periodically.

!

I am still sick so I spent most of my day in bed. I did go out a bit to pay some bills and then did some shopping because it started raining and I did not want to go back in the rain. So I bought some jeans.

Now I am back in bed.

This ice cream shop has been here for as long as I can remember...years and years and years! It is a virtual gold mine. Parking lot is always filled with cars and people eating ice cream sitting on their cars...especially on hot summer nights. Their ice cream is homemade and super good.

Hopefully I can use my grapevine next year. I have to wait until the vines reach the top of my arbor. They're halfway there now.
