Also, I have been attending meetings to deal with some very personal issues especially in regards to my buried anger issues. One thing, I am learning is to take time and appreciate the good things in my life.
Thanks!

That's awesome. Glad you are having fun! Do you like your co-workers?

Wonderful, Shu. Those meetings sound great. Honestly, I think everyone needs a little help emotionally, whether it's meetings, counseling, whatever. There's not a person on the planet that isn't dealing with some sort of baggage and could benefit greatly talking about it or learning stress relief/positive thinking techniques.

She flossed three times daily and developed gum disease very early on in her life. I think it's about genes and bad luck for the most part.
I didn't know what dental floss was until I was an adult, because my parents never used it and the dentist I went to as a kid and as a teenager never mentioned it. It was only when I started going to a different dentist when I was in my twenties that I heard about dental floss, and I've used it ever since. At my age it's especially important to floss so you don't get gum disease.

Yes, that's true.

We plan to just stay home as we're going to Canyon Lake in Texas Thanksgiving Week and I want to go somewhere nice in December for my 60th birthday, but I haven't figured out where I want to go yet.

Thanks Shu, and I'm glad that you're enjoying teaching and I'm glad that those meetings are helping you.

Yes, I floss now all the time. It hasn't prevented cracked teeth, infections, but I've never had gum disease so I guess that's a plus. I couldn't imagine how terrible it would be to need crowns/root canals and have gum disease complicating everything.

Sounds like a great plan.

I had never seen it before too . Prepositions are always difficult to remember because there are no apparent rules and sometimes it's different compared to Bulgarian. For example in Bulgarian we would see depend from and depend on. So in general I try to memorize the differences between the two languages.

This totally makes sense . How are you feeling now?

Problem areas in the mouth ache off and on but not too bad.

What is bad is I have insomnia once again. Going on 1 AM and wide awake.

Ugh . It annoys me so much that we can't understand why you can't sleep.

Work is OK. Busy, but nothing out of the normal . I will check with my mother. Either tomorrow or Sunday.

I slept from 2-4 then woke up to feed Buddy and have been wide awake since. I also have to drive down to work shortly to pick something up. My dad said not to leave until I sleep more. He's worried I'm going to fall asleep behind the wheel.

It's not mandatory but I rather not go in tomorrow. I'm trying to force myself to sleep right now but it is not working. I'm going to soon give up and head to work the second it's light out. I'll drink coffee before heading out.
