I definitely appreciated the phone call and clear discussion. I hate not understanding or having questions go unanswered. It was a wonderful conversation that helped tremendously. I like having a set plan too. So good deal all around.

Good. I had my evaluation today. The one that I dislike did try to criticize me, but I guess he was warned in a bit because he didn't cross the line and I pretended quite well to agree with him . Of course as he was talking about my communication style with co-workers I did not have problems mentioning that co-workers usually complain to me and not to them . I am Leo with Mars Capricorn. I do not like being pushed .

So far that's the plan. We will see the biopsy results .

It's one thing to have your theories and totally different when someone who is specialist in the area tells you their opinion.

Just like at work you have working theory that you try to prove, but until you prove it it's just a theory that people won't accept as true.

I am glad that she took the time to give you information and explain what's going on. Though I bet that she loved it because she knew that you will understand her.

Yes, very great communication and I totally trust this vet too. I felt a relief when she mentioned her experience and to give her all my worries so she'll release them. Honestly, I don't think a male vet would have ever said it so eloquently. I appreciated her ability to communicate so clearly and in such a reachable way.

I am apparently too verbose and need to be more precise in my communication. There was also lecture how to communicate with the co-workers from Germany because they are treated better than us and we are lower.

For the first comment I will agree. I can get verbose. I mean look at our posts. For the second is just funny. I get along quite well with the co-workers from the German office.

Let me give you an example. A co-worker from our team leaves the company. She was part of the team that was in France with us. Their bosses wanted me to take her place. I did not want it. I told my boss here in Bulgaria that I do not want this and he was kind of I agree with you, but he did not do anything.

Not that I had waited for him. Just the next day I talked to my boss in Germany. I told him directly that I have no interest in this project. I am OK helping them, but I do not want to work 100 % on this. I mentioned other reasons why it is better for the project for me to not be on this team, but in the end I told him that if they put me there I am starting looking for a new job. Well two hours later he told me that he had discussed this with another boss and they agreed that it's totally not acceptable for me to go to that team. And not was written in CAPS.

This is the boss that wanted me to lead my own team for this project in 2013, the guy that wanted me to go to Germany in 2013. You see the point. He just likes me enough to talk to the even higher bosses about me.

And they just hate it and I just laugh about it . So now they are trying to make me dislike my German co-workers, but it would not work on me. I know them enough and I have had conversations with them via chat that I don't have with my Bulgarian bosses face to face.

Unfortunately not, but we hope that it's this week. It's supposed to be, but we will see.

It's so great of her! Not all doctors are like that. It's just so awesome that you found great vet for Buddy! How did you find her?

The clinic has been the one my sister has used for years with her dog along with the great reviews. I literally pass 4/5 other vet clinics much closer to where I live before arriving at the clinic. It's still only 10 minutes away but well worth passing up the other closer clinics because this clinic is great. They are very old school too. They offer good packages even when you have pet insurance. They definitely cater to people who are not rich but need help with a sick animal. The one clinic that's really close to where I live knows it's a nice area so they charge literally 20 more dollars than the clinic I use for an exam. 20 more dollars! That's insane. Plus, I've heard they do not help out anyone who needs a vet for their animal and cannot pay up front. The clinic I go to is constantly setting up payment plans for people who cannot afford to even pay anything on the day they have the appointment. They will never refuse anyone. I overheard one woman who was so upset over her dog and what was happening to him... she said she didn't have any money at the moment to pay... they immediately took her into a separate room and worked out a payment plan. She left in tears of happiness knowing her pet was going to survive because he received help and she could pay when she was able to. It caused some tears in my eyes watching this unfold. It's an awesome clinic, from the helpful receptionists, vet techs, to the vets. They are great.

Wow, what an idiot. Do you think if you were a man he wouldn't have this feeling about you? Does gender play a role at all?

Fingers crossed it's this week. Is she stable in the hospital? I know you are not close but will you go to the hospital for a visit or no?

That's great news about Buddy Michelle! I'm so happy to hear that! I've been praying for you all every day.

We're flying up to New Jersey for my sister's wedding this weekend, and then on Monday I'll be getting my new car. I'll be looking forward to getting back to normal and I hope that I don't get into any more accidents.

It's in Mahwah Betty at the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel. We're flying in Saturday morning and flying home Sunday afternoon, so this will be a quick trip. I'm hoping to take a longer trip up to New Jersey in September or October.

No gender is the least of his worries. He just does not like the fact that I don't worship the ground he walks on. Plus they are kind of annoyed that Germans co-workers like me that much. I mean all of them got promoted because of initiation on Bulgarian side, but when it comes it's the other way around. The German co-workers want it and the Bulgarian ones are reluctant.

But oh well I know I have positions where it matters and I don't care if they like it or not. That's their issue.

So far she is stable as much as it's possible given the circumstances. We will see with the visits. I am in technical seminar next week (Thursday to Saturday) so I am not sure when I will be able to visit. I guess we will wait and see.
