I'm pretty much just gonna rest. I've come down with a cold or maybe my allergies are just acting up. Either way, I"m not feeling well, and I gotta go back to work tomorrow. So today, I'm resting.

Actually it doesn't - in the developed world we hardly ever suffer from vitamin deficiencies and taking more will simply flood the unnecessary vitamins out of your body - also if taken too much, vitamins can be harmful!
