Yes, I finished S1 last night.

I still love the Irene Adler twist, but now that I've watched the finale for the 2nd time it really felt like Moriarty was intruding...

I'm kinda glad that Natalie Dormer actually wasn't in all that many episodes

Leaving her as a threat in the background was so much more effective

No, but that’s probably it as far as getting one before Christmas goes.

Mine is supposedly out for delivery again today, so hopefully this saga will end.

Oh for sure, I think that’s how Moriarty works best in most incarnations. Smoke and mirrors, pulling the strings from a distance.

Yes, I'll definitely do that once I'm done with Elementary

2nd season brings the weird and kinda forced plot about Sherlock being a huge jerk to the police (all of a sudden - he didn't have a problem with them before and all throughout S1

) and Marcus getting shot. It's all very heavy-handed and drama for drama's sake...

ETA: I'm really looking forward to the first Purple Kiss pre-debut single after that teaser today

I was also very happy to see all the positive comments by Insomnia under the teaser

There's been a voting/streaming alliance between Moos and Insomina ever since this summer (I just checked and they even have a twitter account now), so witnessing the shared excitement over Purple Kiss was great!
