*copying from her LJ* Now, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we don't have to go to school because of the oral exams of our seniors. Tomorrow afternoon I'll be able to sit in one of those exams to watch. Wednesday night we'll have a class meeting with barbecue and everything. I'll stay at a friend's house so that I don't have to drive back home (that way I can drink some alcohol). Thursday will be terrible because chances are that we'll all be extremely tired from Wednesday night. Thursday I'll be home by 4:30pm, then I can quickly eat, make the most important homework and then try to sleep because on Friday I have to get up at 3:00 am because we'll have a biology field-trip at 4:30am. After that field-trip we'll have breakfast with our teacher and then at 8:00 am we'll have to be in school for classes. And then I'm gonna die because I'll be way too tired to exist anymore.

Yeah, a few of my friends started using it a lot and I just followed suit. Seemed like they used it for good things

Anyway, what's on tap for me? Still summer classes, only about two and a half weeks before I go home. I should be finding out if I'm getting this course at the other college in town this week, which is good. I've been waiting a couple months. Maybe I'll figure out if I'm getting this film internship in a nearby town for next semester this week, too. The guy said to call again after I heard about the course.

I think that's it for RL stuff. Entertainment-wise, I'm on season 7 Buffy since I watched Angel season 4 following Angel season 3. Weeds is starting on Monday and I have In Plain Sight tonight.

As far as my plans for the week..... tomorrow my mom has some tests at the clinic, and they'll put her under anethesia for it, so I'm going with her

Then I will work at least all day Tuesday (and maybe Wednesday or one more day this week) because I have a ton of stuff to do at work. The other day I need to mow and the next (if I get a next free) do more yard work. Mowing is an all day ordeal for me

I don't watch that much at the moment, but yeah. Generally, I do watch a lot of tv. Though Andie might give me a run for my money sometimes

NEW YORK STATE -- Both the State Senate and Assembly gave their approval this week to a bill which would exempt wine ice cream from state liquor laws.

Wine ice cream first hit the market here in upstate New York a couple of years ago. Mercer Dairy in Boonville and Cayuga Lake Creamery in Interlaken both make wine ice cream.

The new bill passed by Albany lawmakers exempts wine ice cream from regular liquor laws. This allows creameries to make and sell the ice cream without the expense of obtaining a liquor license. Alcohol content must be limited to five percent or less and customers must still be 21 and older to purchase the summertime treat.

The bill now awaits Governor Paterson's signature.
