Our board hasn't had the action it needs to survive, so Am and I (with some input from fellow Arrows, thanks for the push guys) have decided it's appropriate to set up a post count thread. We need at least 105 posts a week to keep ourselves in business, unfortunately in January we weren't quite getting there (don't stress - we weren't very far off! A few more posts a day could have got us there, so keep that in mind )

So, I'm sure there's some more precise way of doing this, but I've just decided to copy the Viggo board So, as of:

February 17 we have had 32, 366 posts

Our count will start from there, calculating how much it increases week-by-week. (If you have any desire to keep track, I had to work this out for myself - go to the Male Celebrities list and they have the total posts for the forum there)

on another borad i post on they have a game they play to keep the counts up it called "whos the last person to post on this thread" the record for that board is 8 1/2 hours (someoneheld the last post sopt for hours) and now every one wants to break the record it sounds stupid but it works

Well, it seems like a pretty desperate measure. We try to keep games related to Orlando where we can, so we'll see if we need to resort to that after a few post counts.

Am's right As of
February 24 we have had 32,522 posts - that's 156 posts this week.

Keep up the good work everyone - ideally we'll want to continue being well over the minimum post count

March 3 we have had 32,651 posts - that's 129 posts this week.

Like this past week (my last post), if I think we're in danger of not making the count I may do a warning post, just to keep people informed.

I didn't really think we'd make it this week, but it turns out we only need about 16 posts by my count tomorrow to make it through. Excellent. Get cracking!
