So,Keira is at her parents house. They're the ones giving her the party. So Keira is carrying a tray full of breakable things. She sees Orlando coming inside the house and goes greeting him. And then:

Keira: Cool outfit. I like it.
Orli: Only the trenchcoat, right? Because I have nothing on underneath it. That's one of your birthday presents.

Keira looks at him and drops the tray to the floor causing a BIG noise. Everyone stares at her.

Sharman: Are you OK, darling?

Keira: Oh, it's hot in here. I...can't.....breath....

Sharman knowing what he meant: Oh, Ok, go ahead.

Sharman turning herself to the other guests: Her blood pressure must have dropped down. Orlando will take care of her.
