Ah, a hot seat thread! Every board ought to have one, the birdies say. So we will too. We aren't the type to fly in the face of convention, we Arrows.

So.

The objective: To get to know one another!

The rules:
1. A person is Hot Seated.
2. The members of the board get to ask the person all sorts of questions, whether to get to know the person, or to get help answering the mysteries of the universe, anything!
3. The Hot Seated person must answer every single question as truthfully as they can, just short of incriminating themselves and getting their arses landed in prison. Or the psych ward. Whichever.
4. After a week, the person in the Hot Seat gets to choose the person who has the privilege of taking their place in the Hot Seat. It's a week right now, but should the pace quicken, we'll cut it shorter to a few days.
4a. The person in the Hot Seat must be merciless in choosing the next victim...er...poster. Please do pick on newbies and lurkers! Because we must hook them in! Must! :evil cackle:
5. Rinse, repeat, cycle, et cetera.

Rule number four will not apply til the fifth person though, as Bel and I, as all powerful mods, will get to choose the first five people.
