Dawson's Creek - What about Joey!!

Hi everybody...I'm new to the forums..I know i should first introduce myself..but let me ask you question...We all know that according to last episode of Dawson's Creek(Must Come to an End) Jack is English teacher at CHS...Jen dies..Dawson is becoming a bad ass in film industry...Pacey has the restaurant...but what about Joey..what is she up to!?

Its my impression that she is a copy editor or something of that sort, so I assume when she and Pacey are shown at her apartment, Joey has returned to her job, and Pacey either has a Job there or something like that. Also according to E!'s THS Jen was a worked for an art gallery.
