Yeah, every PJ shipper is very happy for the last minute rewrite giving them a happy ending! :D

Well can you imagine if KW had ignored the "wrong" feeling he had and just went with what he had wanted at the beginning of the show with DJ even though he hadn't been a part of the show - and for the part with PJ - for years? Like man, we would have been pissed, but not surprised at all.

KW is one of the rare writer/creators who watched the rest of their show and saw who the better couple to end up together was and didn't just go with what they had wanted originally, especially when they realized how they didn't quite work as a couple.

Hell yeah! They were the love of each other's lives, and it makes complete sense they ended up together. They never got over each other and Joey felt things with Pacey she never felt with anyone else. It would of felt extremely wrong for her to end up with Dawson, especially when they couldn't stay together long before they self sabotaged and destructed. They were too toxic and fantasy filled. Many can easily see Pacey and Joey stayed together for the rest of their lives. Pacey would always give her an adventure and keep her on her toes, she would never be bored with him like she was with Dawson. Pacey and Joey just fit in more ways than one, it would of been a travesty if they didn't end up together so thank God KW went with the right choice.

Pacey was definitely the love of joeys life. Nobody made her feel the way pacey did :sigh:

I couldn't imagine her ending up with anyone but Pacey. I do feel for the DJo fans though, they are as die hard as we are, but for me I just didn't feel the chemistry with them. They were always better off just being friends. Their friendship was much stronger than their romantic relationship.

Okay, as most of you no I have yet to see the series DC but I have been binge watching it and am on season four and Pacey and Joey just broke up:thud:OMG I cannot do this it is stressing me out my heart is broken I live for this OTP no :spoiler: Please just support to get me though it starting season five soon ugh im scared

Without spoiling anything, there are some fans out there who are diehard PJ fans and encourage first timers to skip this season. I am in the minority and honestly I LOVE this season. I remember the feeling I had when it first debuted and my heart was happy. But that’s how I felt about season 6 too. My advice is to just watch this season and embrace the newness of the characters and the places they are at in life. If it helps, try to imagine yourself in their scenarios. I know I’ve been Joey, I’ve been Dawson and I’ve been Pacey at times in my life and the reactions are relatable. Just be open to the newness and enjoy it. ❤️
