when this stuff aired, I never really thought it would amount to anything. The writers did a good job of building it up. I think the moment that sealed it for me that Joey was falling for Pacey was at Thanksgiving when she couldn't stop smiling after she said Pacey's a doofus and then he has his moments. I watch tv shows nowadays and tv shows are usually rushed. People usually meet and start dating the next episode. No offense to Gossip Girls, but I find stuff so rushed there. I like it. Please don't get me wrong. Dan meeting the new teacher and sleeping with her in the next episode. He just got over Serena in two minutes from spending time with the teacher over an episode. It takes Serena one episode to see them together and get the wrong idea

Yeah, all of the couples on GG are rushed, that's why I only ship the one potential pairing on that show that hasn't hooked up yet.
 I think that's part of why so many ships don't really compare to PJ. They had a long, beautiiiiiiiiful journey of falling in love. That's more than I can say for most others.        "I've known it since the moment you kissed me and maybe even before that..."  __________________

I hate comparing other couples to PJ but I always end up doing it and I always come out disappointed lol. PJ storyline was so beautiful and so real and the HOT chemistry by the actors and the great acting by both Josh and Katie that..you cant help but ship them

thanks for the pics ali I watch GG, but it took one episode for Nate and Jenny to kiss when it could have been built up over a few weeks or few months. I thought the Lucas and Peyton buildup was good on OTH during season 4. I think what is missing nowadays is the longing and angst. Sometimes, I notice after these couples break up, there is longing and angst __________________

Gossip Girl is the most rushed show of all time Lucas and Peyton in S4 is probably the last time I can remember on a teen show a couple waiting a pretty long time to get together. But Gossip Girl just rushes everything, except Dan and Blair  Who will get togehter, or so I hope Tim and Lyla had a pretty good build up for a teen show but FNL does everything good.__________________
