I think they didn't get a good enough chance together. It's really sad. Very unfair to all shippers.

I love the shoulder kisses too. I remember Pacey had a couple, one with Joey and one with Andie. I don't remember if DJo had a shoulder kiss or not.

I believe that they did in crossroads. I could be wrong though

It was raining super hard, Joey started out not very wet but by the time she reached Dawson she was drenched in water. I thought it was very romantic but also innocent which I love:
