Topic of the week: Why did you start watching DC?
I got that idea from the Degrassi board; since people are mostly posting in their own shipper threads, I thought it would be nice to have threads to discuss other stuff; so that posters can mix a little
 To start..."Which episode would you take on a desert island?" I know this is hard to choose just one, but this might be fun  __________________

"The Kiss" for sure. Yes I'm bias with my Dumbo and Daisy love.
 But I did like the friendship and other scenes in it. Like Dawson/Pacey getting their hair cut and of course Officer Pacey.   To be more serious I loved the scene between Jen/Grams, it was a beautiful moment and still my favorite of theirs.  It just had all the elements of the show that I loved, so that's why it's my choice.__________________

I would pick "The Longest Day"...I just love the way it was shot...with playing the same scenes over and over from each of the characters persepectives...I love the angst of it, the budding love, how they are all trying to make sense of the changes in their emotions. I love how they all come to the dock to support Pacey with his major accomplishment of fixing up his boat...the reality was...all along he was fixing up himself, and dealing with the changes most teens go through, and although his story is the crux of the episode...you see all of them playing off of his story...all of them dealing with the inevitable changes in ourselves, our friendships, and our families that we all go through!!

The episode before the longest day. I love the angst and the scene of pjo kissing to the song "Day Dream Believer" gets me every time. but, I don't remember the name of the episode.
