I have to say I've always loved the Kiss the Rain scene too!! The rain/the song/them making up was a beautiful moment. I wish so much that they had kept that song for the DVD release!

Changing all the songs has been such a sore point with me. The moment is there, but the song that made the moment magical is different and it almost makes the moment not as amazing.

I agree... The one that really puzzles me is why they changed the Sophie B. Hawkins song in The Kids Are Alright...? They play it on the S1 DVD? I love that scene where they are in the bar. In that scene I felt like Dawson was a man....

ITA with you guys. I'm still bitter about the song change in Crossroads and The Kids Are Alright.
 The songs that played in those scenes kind of defined them so it's just weird to watch those scenes on the DVDs. The scenes themselves are still good, but they have a different feel without the original music. Quote:

Not really a fan of the dialogue of that scene but it gave us some nice imagery at least.
And it's nice to think that DJo did get married someday...it's something I've always pictured for them.__________________
