Not that we can't tell by the scene. That is from the Valentine's Day Massacre episode. The first set of pics is when Pacey approaches Doug in his squad car to ask if he can ride along with him and that's when Doug mentions that he has to stake out the Golf Course

Then of course that last shot is when Pacey and Dawson are pretend golfing before Andie et al interrupt.
