What I love about Pacey is his eyes

I think its so awesome how the writers had Pacey become a chef, I mean...we didn't really know what Pacey was going to do in the near future and out of no where the chef thing started and then him owning his own restaurant, was such a nice and beautiful surprise to Pacey fans.
I loved that writers had him doing different things, boater (whats a better word?)  ..., stock-market man, and then chef __________________

It was nice for us Pacey fans to see him develop a real passion for cooking. And in the end he had his own restaurant... He became very successful at a very young age!  I'm sure a lot of people didn't expect that, so it was great. __________________
