There was just something about the way Pacey looked at Andie...Like, he looked like he was lost within her and it wasn't just him, either. Andie's eyes sparkled with pure bliss whenever Pacey entered in the room. The two of them were so in love, that it seems so unbelievable to split them up.

And we saw what Pacey was like without Andie in his life. He was absolutely miserable, insecure, and bottomed out in terms of low self image. And Andie's problems with depression and anxiety just got worse and she nearly died via drug overdose.
I don't mean to sound overdramatic, but their breakup detonated a volatile chain reaction that ended up devastating the both of them. __________________

A poster on another thread pointed out that the only time Pacey was truly happy season four was when Andie returned.
And Andie was the only person he told about his graduation. |
