Are there specialty schools that focus on just nursing? I mean, I know a lot of colleges and universities have nursing programs. In fact, when I was going to Oakland University, here in MI, the nursing program there was HUGELY competitive. In fact, it's one of the programs that the school was known for, second only to Elementary Education. And I know that the students had to apply to be in the nursing program. Is that the same thing as applying to nursing school, or is it something completely different?



So, Ali, I'm curious...where did you make your 10,000 post? I know, I'm so nooooseeeeyyy.. But I've been watching your post count for the last few days and wondered if you planned out where you were going to make it.

There are nursing schools out there, but more so nursing programs. But alot of them are like St, Mary's or Like Texas Woman's University, where you can get any degree in any medical field. The only problem is openings. Thousands of woman and men apply every semester and sadly only a handful of them get picked. And of those handful, many drop out cause of the stress and work load. So...crosses finger I do well, cause I tend to break under extreme amount of stress

I think I would want my 10,000 post to be at DC or in like a Pacey thread
