They really were.
They kind of struck gold with Drue, though. He was the perfect character to build up into something more and they just let him go. __________________

And he was willing to accept the past that she had, and I think that he was growing to accept the "new Jen" she was becoming. The end of S4 was the perfect set up for a relationship between them. __________________
