If that icon is from the same episode as the icon directly before it (the one of just Jen's mouth), then it's from 4.07. I can tell by the color of the sweater. If I had to hazard a guess it's either from when Grams leaves her at school, or when she goes to Jack's and he slams the door in her face.

Though, I've never seen those particular caps/stills before.
