I am so worried about everybody down there. Some of my family had to evacuate that live in Wilmington.

I spent some good years in the N.C. went through 4 of these. #FlorenceNC looks like she might be the worst of it. Be safe. We’ll all be here to help put it back together afterwards.

heard it got downgraded to a category 2 but yeah hoping for the best as well

I saw some posts about people wanting to stay. It's scary when the State issues an evacuation notice and people don't leave. I just hope that those who left, took their pets with them.

It does! My brother and law and his family won't be able to go home to at least Thursday.

I did see that too. The river is supposed to rise still from what I hear.

Is their house flooded? I hope they can go back soon and their home is not destroyed.

I can not imagine how it feels when you have to leave your home, we don't have such bad storms or flooding in our area. It must be horrible
