I could easily see Pacey and Andie rekindling their relationship in the finale. I would have liked to have seen a couple more scenes than what we got with the ones that were cut.

Problem is, the script tells us otherwise. It's not really my ending, because Pacey is too sad and too destroyed after season 4 to accept this as an ending, he needs to prove he is not just a failure first, but I really love these scenes when Andie came back in season 4.

It was so nice to see a happy Pacey after all the drama. After the promicide-nightmare it was lovely to see how uncomplicated it is between Pacey and Andie. And I'm always melting when they hug the first time.

During my season-2-rewatch, I realize again, how much I love this couple. I like Joey/Pacey as well, they had their moments, but Pacey/Andie is very special. I watched the scene today when Andie confesses to Dawson that she likes Pacey. That was the scene where she conquered my heart, she was just so adorable!

When Kevin Williamson accepted writing the last two episodes Metedith Monroe was one of the first people he called. Meredith was filming something else and could not give Kevin the two or three weeks he wanted her for. She managed to squeeze out one day.

I wonder what would have happened if she was able to be there for the full two or three weeks

We could envision that "married woman" didn't exist and that Pacey travelled to Boston on a regular basis to see Andie and that she came down to Capeside when she wasn't working double shifts. Afterall Boston was only about an hour away. I travelled every day for an hour just to get to work in my old job, so that is believable.

I feel like I need to start rewatching the show again soon and get back into a bit of a Creek Craze to get myself into continuing the fic.

I haven't posted here in such a long time! Pacey/Andie remain one of my favorite things about DC and definitely one of my favorite ships ever. And so many memories seeing the OP I put together still up there! I love these two.

Some of the OPs from way back were so good we hate to change them, so thanks for your contribution to those.
