There were just so many layers to Drue's personality that it was sometimes difficult to see the real Drue. He tried to hide the hurt his parents caused him and that made him a little cynical. Thank goodness he had such a great sense of humor. Basically, in my opinion, he was always trying too hard to fit in. Everytime he thought he had a friend in Dawson, Pacey or Jack, it turned out they were just "getting him back". By the end of season 4 the guys were starting to treat him a little bit like a friend.

We'd have, for sure, gotten some shirtless Drue in S5. He's hot, and in college. He'd have surely been getting some action, which would mean him taking his clothes off.
