I think this board is actually maybe the only board that still has anti threads - which is why I think it would be a board wide approved idea if we decided to close them.

Exactly Anti threads aren't open anymore on other boards that I visit. I think it would be nice if this board did the same thing too and closed the anti threads

Would anyone be interested in a non-couple survivor for the whole board? We could do a favorite group scene version or something. It may be harder to find graphics, but we could try.

Scenes would be like:
Andie's goodbye.
Movie night in S2.
The icehouse scene in the series finale.
Detention in S1
Christmas dinner in Merry Mayhem, etc.

That sounds fun and it will get the whole group involved, regardless of your favourite characters.

There's also the Thanksgiving dinner and the Dinner at Grams where Pacey cooked.

Anti threads are a good place to vent and not piss off several other people. Bdsides this is not the only board with an anti thread. Gilmore Girls has a few and are very active.

Okay, I'll see what graphics I can find this week. I found some regular pics for episodes like Merry Mayham, but not gif images or fun graphics. Does anyone know of any Tumblr or general DC sites that may have them?

A couple more to add to the list would be the study session and pool scenes from All Nighter in S2 and the Friday the 13th episode in S1.

I see the anti-threads are gone, a really bad idea, but I guess that is what happens when you get a couple of dyed in the wool Pj'ers running the board.

If i choose to ever visit this forum again you're going to have to listen to my anti P/J rants in threads that aren't really set up for negative comments.

So in passing I'll say one thing more P/J sucks.

I just wanted to reiterate this idea now that we have another New Moderator. We would love to hear from all of you who might have any new ideas to bring our Board a fresh voice. Maybe it's an idea for a new game or to bring forward an old game that hasn't been around for a while.

I didn't notice this Post the last time I was here. The Anti-PJ and the Anti-DJ Threads have never been closed and the S3 Unappreciation Thread is still there. The only Anti-Threads that aren't active are the ones that hadn't been visited within the last 12 months. There are still other Anti-Threads open as well, I just don't recall which ones they are. Was there a particular Anti-Thread that you wanted to post in?

Not that I promote the Anti-Threads, but if members are keeping them active then they will remain open. I found the Anti-PJ and Anti-DJ Threads back on Page 4 of the Board and the Dawson Leery Un-appreciation Thread is way back on Page but they are still open.
