I've noticed that there are a lot of threads started with questions, so I thought it might be a good idea to start a new general questions thread.
If you have any kind of question about Dawson's Creek or anything related to it, please post it here.
It might be useful that, when someone answers you quote the question, that way everybody can see the Q&A

Does anyone know what that song is they play frequently when Dawson and Joey are talking about something serious? There's no words in it, and it sounds like it's just a piano playing. It's in the final episode when they're sitting on the picnic bench.

If you know the name could you enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

I am guessing those would be the DJ themes by Adam Fields. You can purchase a cd through the official site and pick the songs that you want on the cd. The DJ themes are available on that site to choose to put on the cd if you want.

The Official Dawson's Creek Board Rewatch Thread

"The Pilot" ~ 1x01

Synopsis: Film addict Dawson is making an amateur movie with his friends Pacey and Joey when filming is interrupted by the arrival of Jen, the beautiful granddaughter of Dawson's next-door neighbour. Pacey develops a crush on Tamara Jacobs, an older woman he meets at the video shop, but is stunned to discover that she is his new English teacher. As the friends begin high school together, Joey discovers Dawson's mother, Gail, is having an affair, a fact that neither Dawson or his father, Mitch, know.

I would like to invite everyone to participate in our re-watch, be it first-time
viewer or long-time fan. This is our opportunity to relive the Dawson's Creek days and to
discuss our favorite moments, things we would like to change or maybe totally new
things we never noticed before. We will watch two episodes every week, one Monday-Thursday and the other Friday-Sunday. Due to our different time-zones we decided to not name an exact
time and date, so everyone can decide for themselves when they watch the episode.
I will update this thread every Thursday and then again on Sunday, when we start a new episode, so all discussion
can take place in here too. Have Fun!

I don't think we are supposed to watch it all at the same time since there are some big differences in the time zones where we live I think we will just post everything we liked and disliked about the epi I hope I'm not mistaken

Joey/Jen scenes Oh Joey, how silly you are

I watched the pilot today...How close Dawson/Joey's friendship is, how the friendship is changing, how joey thinks they shouldn't sleep in the same bed anymore, cueing to the movie scene where Pacey pulls Joey into the water lol. The introduction of Jen comes in with the trio of Dawson/Joey/Pacey, Dawson's infatuation for Jen. The humping like rabbits Mitch/Gail, the introduction of Ms. Jacobs and Pacey's attraction for her. Joey's jealousy of Dawson's liking for Jen. The Tamara/Pacey kiss. Dawson and Joey realizing their friendship was changing and Joey witnessing Gail's affair with Bob.

I absolutely love the open in to the show, the three of them making a movie! I love the insults between PJo... which just makes me laugh knowing where they are going.

I love that first scene with Jen... I'd argue that was one of the moments where she looked the most beautiful!!

I also love the introduction of Tamara. Not only are the scenes between her and Pacey awesome but at this point, I love the Dawson Pacey interations!

I thought it was a great series opener!!!
