I think that is one of many reasons people are criticizing it, cause it was hyped up to be this Oscar worthy dance routine, but it ending up be like a high school drama act.

Now there saying Katie is the reason the shows rating were good that night. Gee it doesn't have to do with the fact that it was the shows 100th episode and the previous best dance routines were going to be performed again, nope it was all Katie

I don't doubt there was a curiosity factor, but to say she was the sole reason is completely ridiciously.

That or she really does think she's hot stuff and she did no wrong.

It's kind of sad, she had alot going for her in the beginning of 2005, I wonder where she would be now if she didn't meet he who shall not be named

She's not a bad actress but she made some very weird career choices I guess.

No she's not a bad actress at all, I loved her in Pieces of April, I thought she was great in that movie. But when she does stunt appearances like this, you kind of wonder why. I guess it would be hard for her to get roles now a days cause of her very public life, sometimes people can't separate the two.

If that is the case, she's not managing Katie very well. I mean, all of the kids from the show have struggled since its ending. And, yes, Katie suffered the TomKat backlash but lots of people have gone through worse ordeals than that and had successful careers. But it almost appears that Katie hasn't tried to overcome it and that's not really her fault alone. It is that of the people handling her career.

I think one of her worst career moves, was to turn down The Dark Knight, so she could go work on Mad Money or whatever the excuse was. What actress does that. Plus you have a say in your own career, you can't just let managers and sister in laws and husbands run your career, you have to.

Did she really?! See, I didn't know that she turned it down. I didn't know that they offered it to her. MIS-TAKE! I mean, that movie was going to be big before the loss of Heath Ledger.
