I haven't been doing it long enough to have any real tips but in my short time with windows movie maker I would say:
- don't go crazy with the special effects even though there's a great range and it's fun playing with them. Simplicity is often best. - if you have a song with definite and clear lyrics, try to pick scenes that match. - spend the effort in getting the timing of clip transition right. Eg. I had to cut a lot of my clips that started with their faces blurred mid-movement. Cut the clip tightly for a clear shot. - when in doubt use 'fade' - titles over clips with, say your ownwords, and the addition of credits always makes it that much more interesting - a good song can make a vid - watch other peoples' vids And my personal mantra: - can you watch the final product over and over and still love it and/or lie on the floor laughing hysterically? __________________

I just watched the video Deb. And i loved it. I thought it was very funny. I forgot how bored Joey looks with Pacey. She looked extremly bored while they were dancing in season 6. Compared to when she dances with Dawson.
I've been reminded how much P/J's chemistry sucks, they don't play well off each other at all. Thanks Deb. Now i need to watch a D/J video, bring me back to my happy place. __________________

I hate P/J.................. and TBS makes me hate it more. Thankfully I missed today ( I slept until 1) because I was in the hospital last night with an undescribed illness. They arent sure what was wrong with me, but I didn't get home until 5 AM so I got to sleep. __________________
