I dont think Dawson would overact sometimes...it would be all the time lol. Everything was "end of the world" for him. Every little incident that happened to him was a great catastrophe.

Eek. Yeah, I understand that as she lost her mom, it must be frustrating to hear someone whine about something that you no longer have. But still, yeah, I mean it's not like he wasn't allowed to be upset over anything his mom did just because she was alive. I understand Joey was just trying make him realize how lucky he was, but still...

I DEFINITELY agree that Dawson overreacted to everything and made almost everything about him every time. The writing off the friendship is so childish. Even watching season one the first time around (before the DAWSON!HATE! came around), I hated that scene with Joey. GROW UP.

Oh, I found a lot of things that they did that were desperately trying to do that were CLEARLY a P/Jo "thang". Nice try, no dice!

Sorry, the choice of wording just seems a little funny to me.

I guess I cannot blame Joey so much for not wanting to tell him. As a 15-year old girl, it is a hard choice to make whether or not to tell your best friend his mom is cheating on his dad. It is a tough choice, especially at that age, whether or not you want to rip your friend's world and his family apart. Especially considering what her father cheating on her mother when she was young did to their family.
