89) After the beauty contest, he ignored all of his feelings for Jen to suddenly be with "beautiful" Joey. Did it last without out her make-up on though? No.
90) Her regret was lying about sex with Pacey while her regret with Dawson was having sex.

I think they tend to block out the fact that Joey said that she always knew who she was supposed to be with. So Dawson & Forever... my ass. He really got... NOTHING Joey-related. He got some Hollywood lovin instead. He is miles and miles and MILES away from P/J. yesssssssssssss

Exactly, why all of the sudden they think we will be jealous of "the promise" and upset because of the spaghetti... They even admit with that title the truth: Pacey got the real stuff (spaghetti figth and couch include) while Dawson got bla, bla, bla... only words...

Its like saying being a soulmate "forever" is being eachother's everything in the present and future-tense not just friendship wise but romantically. Which if that were true, the finale is a contradiction. And I don't think Kevin Williams would do that in what was the SERIES FINALE. In the end of a show you are supposed to solve all the problems, having a balance and fairness. And thats what I saw. Joey only wanted Pacey as her companion, the man she wants to be romantically with for as long as she lives. And Dawson as the one she could talk about her life and companion (pacey), their memories, and problems without any agenda. Like Jen told jack when he wanted to help henry to win jen's heart: That she had many "boyfriends but she never had someone who was first and last her friend" And thats what, I think joey wants from Dawson and if dawson is her soulmate he then understands her decision to be with pacey. Thats why I don't think that Joey would lead pacey on to think she wants him romantically if what she said to Dawson was meant for it, you know. Dawson and Joey both know what they both mean and want. So for Dawson he knows who joey wants to give herself to. And I don't think Dawson would do that to pacey either, if he wants to go back to the season 3 masacre.

Aside from what people have grown to understand that a soulmate is (two people who lives past lives together in love) it really known as two people who have the same opinions, thoughts, etc. I can't remember the exact definition. But I remember someone posted the definition of it and it was around the way I'm saying it.

Plus, I think I remember once reading something from KW about the definition of soulmates between Dawson and joey. That they could be soulmates without it being romantic which would explain what Dawson and Joey said to eachother. Also, I don't see why people would think joey only has a deep connection with Dawson because he is her soulmate. Joey had many boyfriends and friends and the only onces the shows keep going back to and show a strong love was with Pacey and Dawson.

Sorry for this long rant i just had to say what I was feeling and let it all out. I know this was probably mentioned tons of times and has being overanalyzed as well. I did not mean to being the whole "Soulmate" thing here.
