Well, she showed a lot of animosity before that too
But that was indeed very unnecessary from Val.
They totally screwed up with the Val-molested-as-a-child SL when it comes to Kelly. Kelly got her degree in child psychology, yet it never crossed her mind that Val could have been sexually abused in childhood, although a lot of signs were there. It was not a SL from S5 onwards, but it was possible to buy it later. Kelly did not catch one single clue, not even when people dropped them, and she was obsessing over Val. I mean, a big embarrassment for your degree, Kel. It's like her petty dislike for Val was stopping her from seeing the most basic things.
