Had Hyde's development been written consistently on the show, I think he would've become that good a boyfriend on T7S, too. I based my version of him on the show's and developed him according to the show's own roadmap for him. Unfortunately, the writers sometimes held that map sideways or upside-down and eventually chucked it out the window altogether.
