I think even moving on, there's still some grief. No one ever fully gets over such a big loss. At least not from a psychological view point, imo.
As for hurt and betrayed, I think the truth needs to come out about the apple first. Just judging him and making him out as a bad guy even though he wasn't, the thoughts processes and moving on processes are different.
