In a tweet Tuesday morning, Burger Chef announced it would be officially serving breakfast nationwide beginning March 2, 2020. It of course, used the announcement to "roast" McDonald's and in its breakfast offerings.

This means less than a month from now, we can all start our mornings with things like a Breakfast Big Shef and a Honey Butter Super Shef. The Works Bar will allow customers to add their own breakfast toppings to hamburgers.

It seems like you can get breakfast at pretty much any fast food place nowadays, but now Burger Chef, one of the last breakfast holdouts, is stepping up to the plate with a truly glorious breakfast menu that could just change the game forever.

Burger Chef currently offers breakfast in about 300 locations across the US, but they announced Tuesday that they would soon be serving breakfast nationwide. That's right, Burger Chef breakfast for all!

If you were thinking that the menu would just be typical breakfast sandwiches and coffee, you're in for a surprise. For those who haven't tried it, the Burger Chef breakfast menu features typical Burger Chef lunch and dinner menu items ... but with a morning twist.

That means you'll be able to get things like a Breakfast Big Shef, AKA a bun loaded with an egg, six strips of bacon, two charbroiled sausage patties, two slices of American cheese, and a Swiss cheese Hollandaise sauce. You can also try a Vanilla Coke-ccino, AKA a chocolate or vanilla Vanilla Coke mixed with cold brew, or a Honey Butter Super Shef, which is exactly as delicious as it sounds.

This breakfast menu will roll out across the US starting in 2020, which gives you plenty of time to think about what your first breakfast choice from the chain will be.

Omnivores, carnivores and vegetarians have been asking one question for several months now: What's really in those trendy, plant-based burger patties?

Many consumers are aware that the Impossible Whopper from Burger King is made with a bunch of different ingredients, including plant proteins, thickening agents and oils.

But a recent Super Bowl ad created by the lobbyist group Center for Consumer Freedom surprised consumers by revealing this meatless meat sandwich blend contain methylcellulose, the main ingredient in some over-the-counter laxatives.

Unlike fiber, methylcellulose is not a naturally occurring element. This chemical compound is derived from treating vegetable cellulose with a chemical agent to create a tasteless, colorless powder. This powder is commonly used as binding or thickening agent in many foods like ice creams, breads, cakes and chocolate.

But methylcellulose also helps absorb water into the intestines, which helps make stools softer, so it's a common ingredient in laxatives like Citrucel.

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, methylcellulose is approved by both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Union as safe for human consumption and has no specified limitations regarding use, as there are no observed adverse effects.

If used as a laxative, however, the dosage of methylcellulose varies. A heaping tablespoon of Citrucel contains 2 grams of methylcellulose, and adults are advised not to consume more than three servings total a day (6 grams).

The Impossible Whopper from Burger King is a plant-based product that appear to "bleed" like real beef. Burger King spokespeople confirmed methyllcelulose makes up less than 2% of the total weight (that's less than 2 grams per serving) of their burger patties, but would not specify an exact gram-amount due to their recipe being proprietary "intellectual property."

Impossible burgers primary ingredients include water, protein made from soy and potatoes, flavor from heme and fat from coconut and sunflower oils. Binders like methylcellulose and food starch, various vitamins and yeast extract make up less than 2% of the ingredients, so the maximum.

Approach meatless burgers the same way you would any other type of food new food: It's always important to read labels and balance out your portions. First, note any potential allergens and then evaluate macro nutrients.

However, if you find yourself running to get to the restroom, and hopefully not leaving a trail, you'll know why.

Overall, following a plant-focused diet can have significant health benefits, including weight loss, a reduction in medical conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as better mental and physical health.

It's crazy how a small packaging error can translate into a six-figure price tag 50 years later, but that's what happened with one recently discovered Matchbox. Joel Magee, The Toy Scout who has appeared on shows such as Pawn Stars, found the white enamel Hong Kong Chevy Camaro Matchbox. It's valued at more than $100,000. What makes it rare is that it wasn't supposed to reach customers. It was a prototype for designers who'd coat the new cars in white enamel to check for imperfections. Only a few were known to have reached retailers.

The Chevy Camaro is one of the original 16 models Mattel made in 1968 for Matchbox, adding to the car's exclusivity, and it's considered one of the three most desirable Redline Matchboxes – Matchboxes manufactured between 1968 and 1977. Magee found it in a collection of other Matchboxes, and, after consulting with a Matchbox expert, confirmed its rarity. It's believed to be the only one in existence, and only the Olds 442 and The Beach Bomb rank with the Camaro in rarity.

"I've collected toys forever and this Matchbox Camaro is the Holy Grail of collectibles," said Magee. "I am beyond excited to have found it to add to my vast collection. This car is so extremely rare that there is only one known example which is this one." He added that it sold for 59 cents new, and now it's worth $100,000 or more.

Now that Magee knows the rare Matchbox car he has, it'll join his unique toy collection to tour the country. If you have a box of old – really old – Matchboxes, then now might be the right time to dig through it and see if there's anything of value. Don't expect a big payday. If the rarest of the rare Matchbox is worth $100,000, anything else won't help you reach early retirement.
