We've had such bad flooding here, three young friends, ages 19 to 21, were washed off the road in their GMC truck, and drowned in the river they were driving along. The truck was in the river, it had crashed into a tree.
A second story from a few hours away has a search, ongoing for a man washed off the side of the road in currents of water, they still haven't found him.
