You don’t sound arrogant. You sound caring.
You hear me complain a lot about the treatment here. So many of our bosses don’t even think of caring. You pretty much know they will tell you to do something and then blame you at the first sign of trouble.
It makes a difference when a boss still doesn’t get too full of themselves.
