I did like their apartment in Metropolis though so I hope they have that as well. Or probably get something better one day but I also agree with you that it's sad when Clark decided to sell the farm, you could see how much that hurt Martha. It's so sweet that Clark wants to raise his daughters the same place where his parents Martha and Jonathan raised him. Made sense to me. I'll assume that he probably decided to get it back around the time of Lois' pregnancy.
