It's a test you need to be able to get a job with the city, state or county. Basically it's multiple choice and 60 questions I believe. Once you pass you go on a list for future jobs but they go in order so if you score 100 they pick you and than go 99, 98 and so on. It's good for about 4 years or so, so if I was to get an 86 now I may not get that state job but next year they could call me in for an interview.
