They even have a not perfect, but stable democracy, but racism is not a problem there, at least not as much as in 99% of the rest of the world, the only problems there are some occasions of child labour and violence against women which is a very common thing in most third world countries, especially child labour is a real third world problem. But at least it's not as common there as in most other parts of africa for example.
