We just recently brought back the Jonas Brothers board (makes it sound like we’re bringing them back from the dead, or something
), and we decided to have it reopened, because the board was close to 500K posts and there were some threads that had over 300 threads, so we wanted to keep that going.
I know a few other boards, like the Smallville one, were reopened, so it just depends on what the posters who campaigned for the board want to do.
