Her plan was to activate her Vamp make herself a true Tribrid then jump. She was eyeing that pit before Lizzie arrived. Is it a good plan no. In theory when she becomes a full tribrid Malivore will die but she would likely survive hence she should tell everyone.
There are also other options
I know she is young but what about enchanted weapons.
In the Originals, a Warlock named Papa Tunde imbued a knife with enough Vamp energy that it paralyzed an Original.
My theory is a certain Gemini witch listening to a certain impostor stabs Hope with Kurata's demon-slayer sword. Hope dies and Kurata absorbs Tribrid energy modifying the sword into a Malivore Slaying sword.
When Josie Siphoned it she said there was enough for an army so my thinking is that the sword absorbs the energy of the demons it vanquishes. If it Slays Hope it has the power of a Tribrid.
and No Hope Permanently dying is not part of the plan. as a Tribrid she should survive it or Landon activates the other known power of a phoenix. Phoenix healing tears.
