That's great!

It's presently 10 F right now (It was 5 F early this morning) but sunny so when I went to put the garbage and recycling cans out I didn't remotely think it was that cold. I was thinking at most, 20 F but then I looked at my phone and realized it was only half of that number, LOL. Our heat has a very sensitive system. This is a case of complicated but supposed elite and the best turns out not being as good as basic. There was an issue yesterday (getting heat but wouldn't go to desired temperature) so Service Plus came out last night and finally fixed the issue. We needed to get a certain part at the hardware store and when my dad walked in the dude working knew precisely what he needed because he said a few of our local neighbors come in for this part once every 3-6 months. We all have similar systems because the same builder built all of our homes.
