I don't think anything serious happened b/w Leighton and Blake..I think they were close in the beginning of the series but as it went on they kind of drifted apart. A few years after the series ended, there was a video of them at an after event party and they're standing 3 feet away from each other but didn't communicate at all.
Recently, Blake posted throwback pictures of an Emmy she attended 10 years ago and she included pictures of Leighton and even tagged her (even though they don't follow each other) but Leighton didn't respond.
