I went down to see citizens advice today, there isn’t a lot I can do because the tickets are non refundable but they have said in writing via email that I will get a refund so I’ve contacted my bank today and I’m just waiting for an email back. They’re honestly so disgusting the way they’ve treated me, belittled me. I’m sick to my stomach over the whole thing. I’ll never go to one of their cons ever again in my life.
